Who owns the domain name?
The domain name belongs to the individual or business. We register it initially and renew it on your behalf.

How much does the domain name cost?
Typically $25/year or less, depending on the number of years you elect to register for.

Will I be guaranteed to obtain the domain name I sign up for?
No, alternates will be provided when you sign up for one. Before a domain is selected, you will be contacted to confirm.

What if I already own a domain name?
No problem, we will have it directed to our server.

Can I keep my current email address?
Yes. Emails generated from the web will be routed to your individual email address.

Can I add audio or video?
Yes, if you provide the files. Extra charges for setup may apply.

Once I have an active site, can I make changes? How much does it cost?
Yes. Web maintenance plans are available at affordable prices. Contact our staff for individual update rates or plan packages.

Do I get an invoice? What form of payments will you accept?
Our payment schedule is based on semi-annual payments made in advance. The first payment is received at sign-up time. Invoices for additional payments will be mailed. We only accept checks at this time.

Will my web site show up in major search engines?
It is very expensive to have domain names be at the top 20 searches of major search engines. However, we do send the initial submission for new domains.

Who does your hosting?
At this time, CiHost is doing the hosting with almost no down time.

How much do you charge? Where can I get rates and estimates?
Contact us via email, phone, fax, or regular mail and someone will contact you to schedule an appointment and discuss plans and promotional packages for the various services offered.
